March Beach Cleanup Day in Onjuku

I was going to write a blog about the March beach cleanup, but nearly two weeks passed in the blink of an eye, and now it's April. The March beach cleanup was conducted by four people when there were many surfers. And the fava beans that were sown in October will grow quickly in March, and we are looking forward to the day when they bear fruit.

January Beach Cleanup Day in Onjuku

We skipped the December beach cleanup because we were in the U.S., so this will be our third beach cleanup, following the October and November cleanups. After the beach cleanup, we drove for an hour and a half one way to the select shop & cafe called "TRAYCLE" in Tateyama.

October Beach Cleanup Day in Onjuku

In the town of Onjuku, the third Sunday of every month is the day for the town cleanup. In the Iwawada area, it was a beach cleanup, and I was excited to go there because I had always wanted to try it. Actually, the event was cancelled just before it started due to bad weather, but I didn't notice and went there and cleaned the beach.
